  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana preferably frozen
  • 3 clementines peeled and stringy pith removed, plus more to serve
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 125 ml unsweetened almond milk (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or to taste
  • pomegranate arils to serve


  • Place all ingredients into a powerful blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 bowls and serve topped with clementine segments and pomegranate - or anything you like!


I used a fairly large avocado so you might need to add up to 3/4 avocado if yours is small.
Nutrition information is for 1 smoothie bowl, without toppings.
