Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ banana preferably frozen
  • 3 clementines peeled and stringy pith removed, plus more to serve
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 125 ml unsweetened almond milk (½ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or to taste
  • pomegranate arils to serve

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a powerful blender and blitz until smooth.
    ½ avocado, ½ banana, 3 clementines, 1 cup spinach leaves, 125 ml unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Pour into 2 bowls and serve topped with clementine segments and pomegranate - or anything you like!

Notes

I used a fairly large avocado so you might need to add up to ¾ avocado if yours is small.
