Clementine Green Smoothie Bowls

- ½ avocado
- ½ banana preferably frozen
- 3 clementines peeled and stringy pith removed, plus more to serve
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 125 ml unsweetened almond milk (½ cup)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice or to taste
- pomegranate arils to serve
Place all ingredients into a powerful blender and blitz until smooth.
½ avocado, ½ banana, 3 clementines, 1 cup spinach leaves, 125 ml unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon lime juice
Pour into 2 bowls and serve topped with clementine segments and pomegranate - or anything you like!

I used a fairly large avocado so you might need to add up to ¾ avocado if yours is small.
