Mango Pineapple Smoothie

A deliciously creamy tropical mango pineapple smoothie thats super light and full of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, room temperature 100g
  • 2 cups frozen mango 300g
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple 150g
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt 150g
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water 360ml
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon Tajin Optional

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender with the frozen ingredients on top. Blend on high until smooth, about 60-90 seconds, adding a splash more liquid if it's too thick.
    1 medium banana, room temperature, 2 cups frozen mango, 1 cup frozen pineapple, ½ cup Greek yoghurt, 1 ½ cups coconut water, ½ lime, ¼ teaspoon Tajin

Notes

  • Make mango, pineapple and banana smoothie packs for the freezer for a grab and blend option. 
  • Start blending on low speed then increase to full speed until completely smooth.
  • Add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.
