Recipe tips!

Follow these stages of the process: start by pulverising the cashews into a fine flour a good processor will do this in no time.

Stage 1 

As you continue to process the nuts the powder will start to clump as it spins and gets ground further...

Stage 2

Give me the recipe!

As you continue processing you'll start to see the nuts become a thick paste as the oils begin to be extracted.

Stage 3

About 5-7 minutes into processing it will start to loosen up again from the ball/clumps made. 

Stage 4

Processing for another 1-2 minutes will give you the smoothest homemade cashew butter. The best drippy natural nut butter!
