This is the BEST caramelized Brussels sprouts with bacon you'll eat. I promise it is super easy to prepare in around 30 minutes and is perfect for a Thanksgiving side dish.
Prepare the sprouts by trimming excess and cutting in halves. Place in a bowl with the pancetta. Pour in the glaze mixture and toss until fully coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts and bacon mixture on a sheet pan and spread into an even layer and put in the oven.
Bake in a preheated oven until crispy and slightly charred. All the sticky goodiness will be caramelized onto the sprouts and bacon. It only takes 20-25 minutes to bake.
