  • 2 blood oranges peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (75 g)
  • 4 tablespoons natural or Greek yoghurt
  • a squeeze of lime juice to taste
  • 1/4 cup water (60 ml)


  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!
