50gcashew nuts(1/3 cup) soaked for at least 4 hours, or overnight
juice of 1 lime
10gbasil leaves(½ cup)
10gmint leaves(½ cup)
3tablespoonsrapeseed or olive oil
Place all ingredients into a blender (if you don’t have a high powered blender, ensure that you have soaked your cashews for a sufficient length of time). Blend until smooth, adding extra water if needed or desired.
