Blackberry Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana room temperature
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
    1 banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen blackberries, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons almond or cashew butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon almond extract

Notes

  • Use frozen berries as this chills your smoothie whilst giving you a thick result. 
  • Add the liquid to the blender first to help it blend.
  • Feel free to use any nut butter you wish.
