Equipment

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth, about one minute.
1 medium-large banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen blueberries, ⅓ cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup milk of choice, 2 tablespoons cashew butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Notes

  • This recipe yields 2 glasses approximately 400ml each.
  • We recommend using a room temperature banana.
  • Feel free to switch out the nut butter you have, cashew butter does make it extra creamy though.
  • If you want a super thick smoothie, we’d recommend using a frozen banana along with the frozen berries or you can add in some ice cubes to the mix. The other alternative is to add in a few tablespoons of oats.
