Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend for a minute or until smooth. If you are struggling to blend add a touch more liquid. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
1 large banana, 1 cup frozen peach and/or nectarine slices, 1 cup frozen strawberries, ½ cup Greek yoghurt, ¼ cup rolled oats, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 1 cup milk, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Notes

  • If you want this smoothie to be dairy free you can switch the milk and yoghurt for alternatives.
  • To ensure this is gluten free, be sure to use gluten free approved oats.
  • Place the soft ingredients at the blade in the blender jug and the frozen fruit on top to make blending easier.
  • Double or triple the recipe to serve more people.
