Ingredients

  • 2 oranges peeled and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ¼ cup milk of choice or water

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!
    2 oranges, 1 frozen banana, ½ cup frozen mango chunks, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, ½ lime, ¼ cup milk of choice

Notes

  • Make sure to remove the pith from the orange otherwise it'll add bitterness.
  • You can use orange juice instead, but be sure it is fresh rather than from concentrate.
  • This recipe makes 2 small glasses or 1 large glass of smoothie.
