50gcashew nuts(⅓ cup) soaked for at least 4 hours, or overnight
juice of 1 lime
10gbasil leaves(½ cup)
10gmint leaves(½ cup)
120mlwater(½ cup)
3tablespoonsrapeseed or olive oil

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender (if you don’t have a high powered blender, ensure that you have soaked your cashews for a sufficient length of time). Blend until smooth, adding extra water if needed or desired.
130 g frozen peas, 50 g cashew nuts, juice of 1 lime, 10 g basil leaves, 10 g mint leaves, 120 ml water, 3 tablespoons rapeseed or olive oil, ¼ teaspoon salt
